Start from the Como centre to reach Bellagio via a road above the lake and offering some view points on the other side shoreline. The ferry carries us to Varenna in less than 30 minutes. Following the direction to St-Moritz, one passes by the magnificent Maloja pass and the altitude lake one can admire in front of the snowy summits. Feel the silence during a picture pause. The Julierpass, with a 2284 m altitude, is the highest point of our itinerary and allows us to reach Chur. Reaching Andermatt is possible if the Oberalppass snow level is not too high. From May/June to October/November, one should first inquire. Of course there are other alternative roads to reach Andermatt ( i.e. at Chiavenna, via Spluga, San Bernardino and the Gottard pass ) but it all depends of th season during one ride these mountain roads. Inquire about the passes openings. Reach Luzerne thereafter passing by the North of the 4-Cantons lake and Küssnacht, easy. The pedestrian area of Luzerne historic centre allows offloading at the hotel doors and park outside of the area on a motorcycles dedicated parking. A nice crossing of the Swiss passes, magnificent landscapes and very good roads. A dream.
