To live the Black Forest from its original perspective and for that only secondary roads (secondary from secondary !!). Often no marking, the ditch close by, very short visibility without counting the wanderers. Yet a tour where the landscape is to be savored at slow speed away from the mass tourism. From Oberharmersbach direction the Brandenkopf passing by the Nillhof hotel, the rear valley by Fischerbach to Wolfach. Thereafter the road goes towards Kirnbach, Lauterbach, Schramberg, St. Georgen im Schwarzwald and Nussbach. The first opportunity for a lunch pause at the Romain restaurant, otherwise head for Schonach and the hotel « Schöne Aussicht » (nice view) for this pause. From Nussbach we head towards Triberg, the place of the tallest waterfall of Germany. It falls 163 metres (535 ft) in seven stages. From Schonach through Niederwasser towards Gutach im Schwarzwald, via Oberprechtal, Ladhof, Haslach and Biberach to return to Oberharmersbach.
Before going to the hotel, a coffee pause at the NILLHOF (Höhengasthaus Nillhof) for coffee and Black Forest cake bake on site for the price of 6 EUR coffee + cake (Special price for our friendly bikers).
