Minitrip: Belgium - Aosta (IT) 8 days
A mega-tour in 8 stages, starting from the centre of Belgium (Wavre or anywhere else) , and return after crossing the Vosges, the Val d’Aoste in Northern Italy, the tour of the three mountain lakes (Orta, Maggiore and Como ), and the way back through a few mountain passes in Switzerland and the Black Forest in Germany.
Thanks to the « zoom » and « regional » maps, I could select many "green" marked roads and include themin my RB's.
I have driven the two first stages last May 15th and 16th, and the rest between May 23rd and 29th 2009. A single day of pouring rain during the first stage, and the "great blue" thereafter. Lot of heat around the lakes.
